Lets face it that Pistons aren't going to the playoffs and the team is 1-2 loses from the 4th worst record in the NBA.So the simple question try to win for honor or lose for the better draft position?

    TANK!
I want to see good games with lots of player and roster development that result in the Pistons losing in the final seconds of each game due exclusively to blown calls from officials.

...you got to DE-evolve before you can evolve.

need another option.... want them to try to win, but fail because of injuries and other issues....

but at the end of the day with the ping pong ball way of the draft worst record doesn't always mean best draft pick.

Play good competitive games, but lost 3 out of 4 games from here on out.

I'm not really for the tanking, but this team desperately needs some exceptional talent. All we have to do is make Stuckey our #1 scoring option, play Ben Gordon and Villanueva more, and have Rip and Tayshaun start missing games with "Back Spasms". We'll have no trouble losing then.

Either that, or we all band together and send Stern $20 to give us a little advantage in the lottery. We're one of the non-major market teams that doesn't bleed money, in this climate he should try to get us back to our winning ways.

I think you can lose without jeopardizing the integrity of the game.

I want the team to win because I predicted a 31-51 record, which is still possible with a little .500 ball the rest of the way. All that remains is that my prediction turns out to be correct. :pound:

The only reason you play the game is to win the game.
Think of the useless wear and tear on their bodies.

I would like to see some momentum to take into next season. And also the trade value of our unbalanced team go up so we can make some decent trades over the summer. I think that's going to help the team out far more than the difference between the 6th and 8th picks in the draft.

But with how they usually play and the fact that we have to just sit there and watch it - A loss is at least getting us a better pick.

A nice losing streak and the Pistons could easily earn the 4th worst record (they are only 2 wins away from 4th right now). A little luck with ping pong balls and Detroit will have as good a chance as anyone to land a top 2 or top 3 pick.

Wins like last night actually hurt the future of the franchise, in my opinion.

With tonight's Piston loss and the knicks upset 34 point win over the Mavs in Dallas tonight, we slipped into the seventh spot.

I'd like to see a Pacer win over Milwaukee and a Sixer win over the Heat tomorrow.

You always want to move forward. It is helpful to create an atmosphere of forgetting the past, which usually has a habit of peeking around the corners...always testing doubts. It is too easy to wail from victim influences.

With the other teams we are competing with it might be a losing battle.

The Sixers have lost 4 in a row, the Wizards have lost 7 in a row, the Pacers have lost 8 of 10, and the Clippers are trying to hone in on the action by losing 7 straight.

Both the Knicks and Kings managed a win over the weekend, but they will probably continue their losing ways to prevent the Pistons along with these other losers from getting a top 4 or 5 pick.

As the saying goes, we can't win for losing...or is it we can't lose for winning?? Either way win or lose, we still wind up losing in the ultimate sweepstakes....:sssh:

We should go head concede the bottom or top three lottery spots to the Nets, Wolves amd Warriors unless the pings pong our way.

Yea, I was looking at the standings the other day and the bottom 12 teams in the NBA all had lost their last game. Tanking is in.

I'm just worried if they don't get some talent in pronto then Stuckey will not want to re-sign here when his contract is up.
