Absolutely, why has he asked to be traded?

I believe he has asked to be but they must feel that Kevin Love and himself haven't gelled in their frontcourt. Them may be doing this to acquire and athletic player to play along side Love or Jefferson if they happen to keep him.

Maybe they would take Stuckey in some deal. I don't know if our vets would be enough. You never know.

If Kuester fails, will be able to trade for both Jefferson and Laimbeer this summer?

What about a trade for Al Jefferson and Oleksiy Pecherov (just as cap filler) and the Pistons trade Tayshaun Prince and Jason Maxiell? It works out on RealGm. Any one think this could happen?

I agree with what max said, any deal for Jefferson (or any other good player) has to involve Stuckey.

Maybe even last year Rip or Prince may have been enough for a decent front court guy, but Dumars "the great" did not see a need for it at the time.

I'm for any deal that saves $$ on cleaning the uniforms, plus it would be cool to watch him do his angry strut up the court.

His temper is way worse than rasheed's is, he'd be at the tech limit in 10 games, probably get get an indefinite suspension for calling all the caucasian ref's 'honkey'....nah, he's not Piston Material, plus him and Weezy would make alot of folks uncomfortable.

Yep. And you are dealing with a huge JD ego problem. Some might be surprised that it deals with objective wholeness for the Piston organization. It does not.

Under JD: let us ask the question: he is a hedgehog or the fox?
