Sims is still unsigned though. This will be one of the first times in recent history that the Lions aren't all signed in time for camp.
I'm glad Bullocks signed. If he's going to be our starting S, he needs all the reps he can get. Hopefully Sims will be close behind. The Lions have a good track record of getting the guys in on time. I think Cody and Mike Williams were the only recent guys that weren't signed by reporting time. But I believe they each only missed the morning practice of the first day.
