1st half of the season: BK / Stuck / Prince / Max / Monroe 2nd half of the season, as the Pistons go into full youth / tank mode: BK / Stuck / Singler / Monroe / Drummond
I don't get why everybody's sold on Singler. I don't expect him to play other than at garbage time this year.
He did a lot of good things in Summer League. It wasn't just numbers, though. The guy knows how to play, create shots for himself, work with his teammates on both ends, etc.
Adding to what Bill said, he played very well overseas it what is considered a decent league. All star he is not, but he's a decent piece and glue guy that might finally take the glue guy title away from Prince.
He's young. He ceiling has yet to be determined. He plays smart. He's decisive on offense (i.e.: He doesn't palm the ball out on the wing and throw 30 pump fakes prior to shooting or passing the ball.).
This will be the starting lineup: Knight, Stuckey, Prince, Maxiel, Monroe This is what I would prefer it to be: Knight, Stuckey, Jerebko, Monroe, Drummond
That's a pretty big lineup. Would be interesting to see it in action. Jerebko could probably cheat out to the shooters a bit with that help behind him. He'd also help support the rebounding.
