Suppose you were named the new GM by Mr. Gores and he said that you get to keep any 5 Pistons from the current roster and the other 10 guys will be gone. Which 5 are you keeping?

Bynum, Daye, Gordon, Hamilton, Jerebko, Maxiel, McGrady, Monroe, Prince, Stuckey, Summers, Villanueva, Wallace, White, Wilcox

No conditions, constraints, or explanations necessary. Just list five guys.

Very impressed by you having Stuckey on you list. Great choice.
My list : RS, JJ, AD, GM, JM. We need flowers and we need leaves in background too.
Honest mention : TW, WB. Let's get up-tempo.
    Go Piston.

I can't come up with 5. Probably I could add Daye as a project.

The point is that the organization has to realize that the team is plum bad in order to do the things necessary to get better. There has been a lot of denial going on.

    Jerebko, Monroe, Daye, Stuckey, Wilcox.

The first three was pretty easy and Stuck too when he was compared to the rest of the bunch. I could see anyone of Bad Back Wilcox, White or Summers as the fifth.

I'd tear up the contracts of Rip, CAS, Bengo and JMax instantly if I could so easy choice in not keeping them at the price they are being paid. Wallace is getting old and with JJ and AD on the team I'd let Tay and T-Mac go. Since I'm keeping Stuckey and the plan is for him to come of the bench because we need a real starting PG I'm not spending a pick on Bynumite. He was in contention for the fifth place though.

I'm looking forward to Gores untying Joe's hands.

Me too because then Joe can go back to sitting on them on his own.

    Monroe
    [STRIKE]Afflalo[/STRIKE]
    Jerebko
Rip if I think I can get more for him later and dump Gordon
Maybe Daye but I wouldn't be heartbroken if he was out

This is really hard this early in the AM.......

This wouldn't be a bad halftime ceremony with a swashbuckling Gores swinging in from the rafters to free Joe who is gagged and bound at mid-court. I would watch.

Stuckey like 6th man(7 millon or less seasson).

Wilcox has do nothing last seasson,if ben retires we can keep wilcox with same salary 1,9 millions seasson,no more...he has zero defense.

Monroe is the only definitive building block we have.
