| Holy high scoring game batman! The Texas Rangers scored 30 runs against the Orioles today. ESPN - Rangers' 30 runs sets AL record in rout of Orioles - MLB (This didn't really warrant its own thread, but I couldn't find a generic baseball thread to post this in at first glance. Mods, feel free to move this if there is a better place for it.)    |

| Re: Holy high scoring game batman! the guy on espn this morning wasn't kidding when saying load up on rangers for todays double header.... not a bad night when both your 8 and 9 hitter have 7 rbi's |

| Re: Holy high scoring game batman! Yeah, that espn dude wasn't kidding. 30 runs in game 1 and they're up 5-3 in the 4th inning of Game 2. 35 runs and counting in one day. That's more than most teams score in an entire week! |

| Re: Holy high scoring game batman! Just short of 40 runs for the Rangers as they win the second game 9-7. Funny thing is both their 8th & 9th batters knock in 7 runs a piece in the first game. In comparison Tiger strikeout king Brandon Inge has only knocked in 8 runs in the whole month of August,  |
