Anyhow, good news for me. Looks like it's just a mild ankle sprain so he shouldn't miss too much time.

well thats good wouldn't want to lose to you with you not having a full lineup....

on the serious side... long time folks with a one week lineup how long do you ride a guy thru a slump before benching them? and i don't mean cutting just benching... that 2nd baseman of mine just can't see a beach ball right now i bet.

I've picked up where I've left off with a 1-7-4 start in the first week. I enjoy being so consisent. Glad I took Miguel Cabrera with my first pick. The guy is batting .100.

He'll get better, by the end of the season he should be at least around .200.

Tough question to give a good answer to. You've really got to weigh a lot of factors. Is someone else on your bench on a hot streak? What's his potential? Stuff like that. It's a judgment call...

Great news Darth!

Of course, I already send the flowers, box of Kleenex and sympathy card out in the mail. To late to cancel, so you should get those in a day or two.

Darth Tater Translation: Tough choice. Should I give him honest advice or mess with him?

Doesn't this post belong in the Flip translator thread?

you'd think he'd have given me a solid answer.... me being a rookie here and the fact were playing this week so its going to be awhile before his advice would effect him...

He must be a really insecure person that is afraid of us all

This was funny. I was going to offer up the strategy that I use, then I started second-guessing myself wondering whether I wanted to give it up or not....
