the ERA of the whitesox two finishers: 1.75
the tigers two finishers: 5.05

nuff said

season's over.........again...tigers will finish 84-78

Tigers Trade:

The Yankees have acquaired catcher Ivan Rodriguez from the Tigers. Detroit will get right-handed pitcher Kyle Farnsworth, who played with the Tigers previously in 2005.

Does that even make sense? Is Inge going to become a full-time catcher? Who is going to back him up?

WOW! I would have liked to see them get a promising minor leaguer though. I hate Farnsworth. But I guess the management still thinks the Tigers can get to the postseason.
