Tigers pull this one out. Huge win after being down big throughout the game against the best pitcher in the league. Bullpen stinks and I can smell the stink all the way out here in Cali.

ESPN - Trade of Griffey to White Sox now requires MLB's approval - MLB

Chicago gets a boost getting Griffey. He still has power at 38. Doesn't look as if Tigers are going to make any deals.

That was an awesome game last night. What a jam we got out of in the 12th(?). Bases loaded and 0 outs!

That was one of the longest games I've ever sat through.

After winning that game, Tigers lose the next one. I thought this would've been something that they could lean on, but Verlander struggled and offense didn't do much at all. Now that so-called "big win" doesn't mean jack.
